The Afea care services office was designed with the intent of prioritising the natural light by positioning the kitchen/breakout, offices and meeting rooms close to the perimeter to maximise the sunlight, creating a vibrant workspace as per the client’s request. Additionally, the abundance of offices and meeting rooms provide the necessary support for focus work and smaller meetings, catering to those who seek a flexible and agile space that supports varied work styles.

To prevent noise travelling throughout the suite, we have created separation between the entry/waiting area and workspace which is divided by a curved wall and planters. The central open workspace area with a row of storage and planter units is positioned strategically to buffer the sales and HR team from the rest of the Afea team and limit noise.
