This level brings together six individually themed suites for HOME and Roberts&Co. Each suite is planned as a complete workspace, combining a boardroom, private office or quiet room, breakout space and kitchen. The design approach focuses on giving every suite its own identity through variations in finishes, colour accents and spatial character. The renders show a mix of warm neutrals, contemporary joinery and clean architectural lines, allowing each suite to feel distinct while maintaining a cohesive language across the floor. Boardrooms lean into a more refined and focused palette, quiet rooms are softened for privacy and concentration, and breakout spaces pick up lighter tones and open layouts to encourage movement and informal interaction.Across all suites, the detailing remains consistent: modern work zones, generous natural light, purposeful furniture selections and clearly defined functional areas. The result is a collection of suites that share a high level of finish but still offer tenants choice in atmosphere and style within the newly built Parramatta site.
