We recently partnered with TOGA Australia to deliver the design and construction of their Level 2 common lobby corridor and bathroom amenities, transforming the floor with a refined and contemporary upgrade. The brief was simple – elevate the space and give it a fresh new identity. The lobby corridor was reimagined with integrated LED strip lighting to brighten and elongate the space, complemented by crisp black trims, refined floor numbering signage, and feature wall lights set against a subtle French wash finish for added depth and texture finances. The bathroom amenities were completely revitalised, shifting from an outdated scheme to a warm, inviting oasis palette. Copper finishes and soft neutral tones introduce a sense of understated luxury, significantly enhancing the overall tenant experience and the building’s amenity offering.On the same level, we delivered a tailored tenant suite designed to maximise natural light from the perimeter windows and capture sweeping city views. The layout was carefully planned to support both productivity and wellbeing, incorporating a dedicated wellness room and media room to meet the tenant’s operational needs. A generous breakout and dining space was positioned along the façade, creating a light-filled retreat where staff can step away from their desks and recharge. The overall palette is warm and on-trend, balancing sophistication with comfort to create a contemporary workplace aligned with today’s market expectations.
